My boyfriend actually has this disorder, and it took him a long time to be able to manage the strong feelings of rage that come with it. Once he was diagnosed, he worked hard to understand how to calm himself down and what his triggers were. I didn’t believe him when he first told me about having it because he’s so sweet and kind, you never would have guessed. I’m so proud of him for working so hard to be a good human being, and for not letting this disorder define him.❤️❤️❤️
