Strength 3 to 6 times a week to build muscle and loose fats, do cardio underside like 2 to 3 times in a week to lose a bit of weight, eat a balanced diet but focus mainly on protein, I’m not saying fats and carbohydrates important but to build Muslim leaf fat focus on increasing protein and the moderate amounts on carbs and fats. That’s my fitness philosophy on skinny fats

Hey I go to the gym but I’m very weak and small and my parents don’t allow me to take creatine or protein powder cuz of health risks and side affects can u make a video of the health risks etc and which protein powders are safe or good (I’m 14 yrs old)

it doesn’t work like that unless you’re already very overweight/obese and new to the gym(you’ve already been bulking the whole time!) the best fix for being skinny fat is bulking in a small caloric surplus of 200-300 calories while prioritizing clean food and eating a lot of protein
