Back in the days of bulletin boards, I named and shamed a company that ripped me off on an owners club forum. The resulting letter from their lawyers was not fun to receive and the next 16 months were taken up fighting with them. I was right, I proved I was right in court, but despite being awarded costs, it still cost me thousands and a good chunk of my sanity.
Real easy when you're on a keyboard to say "name and shame", but unless you have been through it, you won't understand how much it will suck.
Your approach is the correct one, spend your time building cars and making content, not dealing with lawyers and idiots.
