Had this happen to me some months after I had Covid. It’s scary, because it’s a LOT of hair coming out daily and the fear is that it’s potentially permanent. I cut my hair short which lessened the look of the thin areas and lessened the amount of hair coming out (or at least it looked like less since it’s shorter). Thankfully it’s not a permanent state. Your body will adjust and it grows back.

Could be the zero carb, or too low fat and too much protein diet doing that. It’s called rabbit starvation when you mostly eat protein your hair will fall off.

Some on Carnivore lose hair because either they aren’t eating enough or they aren’t getting enough fat
