What purpose does suffering serve? Are there any benefits to suffering, or is it inherently meaningless? Can we derive valuable lessons from experiencing suffering? Does enduring suffering contribute to personal strength? How does suffering influence our appreciation for life? Is there a connection between suffering and happiness? What insights can we gain from our experiences of suffering? Does suffering foster resilience and fortify our character? Is suffering a prerequisite for a meaningful life? How was suffering perceived differently in ancient times, and how has this perception changed? What factors contribute to the contemporary demonisation of suffering?
Who Am I?
Hello everyone, I’m Moustafa and I sincerely thank you for being here. I'm happy to share my passion for philosophy with you through these videos and I hope you can learn something valuable from them. I aim to present philosophy practically, offering fresh perspectives and arousing your curiosity to learn more!
Philosophy shouldn't be confined to academia; since it enriches our lives and helps us navigate the complexities of the modern world. As we start this journey together, my initial videos will delve deeply into the teachings of Stoic philosophy.
From there, I intend to expand the scope by exploring various schools of thought, branches, and historical periods, including Existentialism, Metaphysics, Ethics, and beyond.
Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe for more enlightening content on philosophy and the art of living a meaningful life.
Thank you for your time

Hmm.. humans have a way, of being positive or seeing the good, in even the worst of situations..
A good example.
Was an apprentice in the worst company ever. They demanded so much from you. Expected you to know everything and earn for the company. Even when you thought you did a major effort during the day, you would give criticised for something. Always criticised no matter what..
And asking for help, was a sign of weakness and would warrant mocking from colleagues.
Today, I can never have a really bad job anymore, because I already had that job.
It gave me character (backbone) and the courage to not take crap from my bosses anymore. I speak my mind openly now at my job, even if it makes my boss mad or embarrassed.
