Pelvic floor chair exercise has been a game changer. The teacher thinks she's helping us keep the urine IN, she doesn't understand why I'm always asking for exercises to get it all OUT (I'm familiar with only one exercise for that, will grant upon request). I'm convinced that pelvic floor exercise is the only thing standing between me and pills or self-catheterization, and UTIs.

How many years of exercise do I need to make an impact on my well-being? It’s not done anything that I can sense for my physical or emotional well being.
