WELL DONE! I bought my first home at 24yo. Itβs a three bedroom semi-detached 1930s house.
Now, some of my friends and relatives were super jealous. They earn more money than me. Yet, they still lived in rundown rented apartments. They all drove expensive German SUVs. Endless money pits! Most of their earnings were spent on designer clothes, gadgets, jewellery that spend more time locked in the drawer, and they all liked eating out. Not to mention coffee, pampering, shopping and holidays.
Theyβd kept telling me to change my car. I used to drive a 1967 runaround. Some of them said I should offer a room, because a three bedroom house was too big for a singleton!

Congratulations young man, you are truly inspirational. This is why I promote trade school for my son because there are other ways to making a living and being successful. If he wants to go to college later in life he can and he will be able to pay for it so he doesnβt go in debt.

I've heard Zuber talk about you, this is the first video of yours I've watched, very cool. I'm an Engineer and family/friends sometimes ask me to talk their kids about college, then they get mad at me when I don't push them to go to college. I hate when people talk down about trades or blue collar jobs, some even make more than I do. You raised you kid the right way, good for both of you.
