Every time I cut I have such an issue with my energy levels going up and down up and down, no matter how many tweaks I do. Just got your sand bag training book. Sand too. Just waiting on the bags themselves. New kind of training for me. Really looking forward to it!
Edit: we have a disabled child (quadriplegic). I have to move him from bed to chair to car, etc. Iβm not a spring chicken anymore. I realized I need to get in better shape for my boy. Sand bags should be the ticket.
