▢ 1/4 cup granulated sugar
▢ 1/4 cup brown sugar
▢ 2 large eggs, room temperature
▢ 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
▢ 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
▢ 1 teaspoon baking soda
▢ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
▢ 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
▢ 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F, grease 9x5 loaf pan. Mash bananas. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, mashed banana, vanilla; mix. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt; fold in. Add 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Pour into pan, sprinkle remaining chips. Bake 50-60 min. Cool 20 min before serving.
