just a question..why red loctite on such a tiny bolt...I'm sure there's a reason...won't it make it hard to change next time....your awesome

I do oil pans a lot. usually some shade of purple, but not powder coated. rattle-can.

You may want to try a "ping" instead of a weld next time. It works well and is much easier to apply.
