That's pretty much the best vegetable. That steamed with garlic, lemon, and hollandaise is pretty awesome. Also that on a sandwich is great too.

That makes me sad. Itās my favorite veggie tho it was not created to be eaten raw. Itās a hybrid of Gai Lan and regular broccoli created by a company in CA called Mannās.
