Hi there I’m Melissa and welcome to Fitness Plate. Right off the bat I’m a mommy, wife and a workout enthusiast! My background is in fitness and I have a passion for cooking fun yummy foods for my beautiful family. I have a degree in Exercise Physiology and am a certified strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, group fitness instruction and fitness nutrition specialist. I'd love to share my workouts and inspire you to keep moving, as well as, family friendly recipes that are always delicious to inspire you to keep cooking.
