Please subscribe his newsletter, I’m down an Mississippi in his way up in Ohio but I’m a traumatic brain injury survivor three years out. His videos and emails are extremely helpful and I cannot wait to read the one about sleep.

How about sleep apnea ( I have both kinds ) and my machine doesn't help. What suggestions would you use for someone like me

Haven't slept for 4-8 hours in 25 years. It doesn't bother me. I think that's helps me. Don't drink and don't smoke.

Dr H I have serious anxiety that manifests when it’s time for me to go to sleep. I take Ambien and melatonin just to shut my thoughts down to a dull roar so I can go to sleep. My question is … is the QUALITY of your sleep still the same? As For those who don’t take medication?
