As a dancer, yes 👍🏼 lol
Also yesterday was day 2 of doing your free ebook on hip flexibility, and I can say with confidence, that after YEARS of trying and failing to get my splits on my own, I will get them by the end of the week with your help. I could cry lol. You not only give educated and practical ways to stretch that actually benefit me, but your heart because this art is inspiring. Thank you for your yes. God bless you brother 🙏

im homeless and a pretty chubby dude all things considered. i used one of your videos to strengthen my back muscles again and got back to walking about 3 miles a day. Recently my feet have been hurting which is likely because of my shoes but i think this'll be my second video to save from your channel :)

I work at job where I walk about 8 miles during an 8 hour shift. After the first two shifts I got myself some barefoot shoes and after the first week of wearing them I no longer have foot pain at the end of the day. My co workers tell me I'm crazy, but they are the ones with constant foot pain and issues. Toes shouldn't be crammed into shoes and we are not meant to walk on an incline (all shoes that aren't zero drop). Peoples feet are being deformed from childhood but no one wants to acknowledge it!

Just bought your two books. Love your videos! I always hated stretching when training (martial arts, gym etc.) but now where I'm older, I start focussing on this topic, as I want to get my son into sports in a few years. And this will be definitely be part of it from day 1, next to strength. I'm gonna raise a ninja (jk).

Honestly, I love watching your stuff because I’m getting so many tips on getting more flexible but additionally, I’m starting to realize I’m a lot more flexible than I thought I was because a lot of the stuff that you say is the harder I can do or almost; you’re making me feel good about myself 😊
