Been saying this for so long. You put value on your own quality and experience. Not what the client wants to pay. Same as people on salary that work for a company, if they have more experience they’re likely to get paid more, SIMPLE.

Thank you for highlighting the fact trades have qualifications and time served experience. In my case 7 years training from the age of 18 as a gardener and now I’m 44 however I still get how can you charge that’s it’s just gardening anyone can do that. At which point I politely say your probably better of finding someone inexperienced and most likely uninsured. All my long term customers are loyal as in their own words I pay you for your experience not your time.

So for example let's say if a person has 20yrs experience and another has 10yrs experience but pays cheaper who you gonna go for? Does that extra 10yrs really make that much difference to charge a higher price then the 10yrs person? You could have more experience at failure rather then success...your company is quite young compared to others but you charge alot because word of mouth says you are good😆
