This is one of the best changes I’ve ever made to an exercise!!

-when lowering the weight rotate your wrist, but only as far as you feel tension in the bicep!! Once you rotate too far it will take the tension off the bicep!! My guess is it’s at about 45 degrees but not too sure the exact numbers!!

This is such a great change because the bicep is involved in wrist rotation and keeps the tension on the bicep through the entire range of motion!! Definitely drop the weight to try this out though it makes the exercise much harder!!

I do these on a flat bench bringing the dumbbells all the way to the ground. You get a crazy stretch this way, should give it a try
