The old Shih Tzu would not eat for the 3rd time. Wait for him to die?

Bites if force-fed medicine

No appetite in Nov 2022. Trembles for the 3rd time. Lick right hind paw.
The patriarch force-fed medicine. The dog vomited them out.

Not eating.
So the owner said: "My friend's old dog had the same situation. After 2 weeks of not eating, his dog passed away."
 "Your dog is suffering from a blood borne bacterial infection," I told him. "If you permit me to board the dog and give 3 days of treatment," he has a good chance of recovering."

The owner did not want to board the dog but he could not give the oral medication as the dog vomited them out. Nor could he give the dog proper food orally.

"You can send the dog to a hospital with 24 hours of in-patient services and monitoring," I advised. "Be prepared to pay a thousand dollars or more."

The family would bring the dog home after each of the 3 days of IV treatment and bring the dog back
daily for the drip.
 DOG REGAINS APPETITE after 3 days of IV treatment. He is normal as evident by the 15 and 20 Nov videos.
