How to perform:
1️⃣Pull the head towards the shoulders, aiming for ear to come closer to the shoulder. Avoid tensing your face muscles, and feel the stretch on the side of the neck.
2️⃣While pulling the head, move the arm in 3 different directions:
🔁 circular motion
↕️ up & down
↔️forth & back
without rotating the torso. Repeat on both sides
(if previous injuries, you need an individual solution)
