1. Front and Rear Cameras (want to catch texters rear ending you)
2. Good Video Quality 1080p is fine. (4k will be substantially better
quality but the increase in space is a deal breaker of me).
3. Decent audio
4. A Display screen
5. Easy to remove video card or easy ability to download video.
