As long as the Yonko can work together. The Hokage all understand the assignment and will work together well. If they Yonko can't get along, it's very likely the Hokage would win. IMO

i think the biggest defining factor here is how blackbeard and hashirama's abilities work in the verse of the fight
blackbeard's df nullefies df abilities not "all" abilities
and hashi can absorb chakra but not haki or df abilities
i think these 2 are the most dangerous in such a fight

So the hokage cn have shadow clones who can use reaper death seal on the battle feild
And when you combine it with tobirama covering the whole battlefeild in water
It has an advantage over the devil fruit users of the yonkos

The clincher for me is weather Blackbeard's DF is given the same role as in the one piece verse which is the ability to nullify powers and allows him to interact with people or things that are intangible, like during his fight with Ace, he's able to grab him without haki and we see him grab and pull out those fire spears he gets shot with like they're physical objects.

It’s interesting because if tobirama minato and hiruzen all use reaper death seal (an unseeable attack) kill themselves to take out Blackbeard luffy and shanks it’s just buggy vs hashirama which is an easy win. But like all fictional fights it’s full of what ifs and I could see the fight going either way depending on how the writer decides these characters would interact with one another.

There’s a few different factors we need to consider in this battle, like the fact that hiruzen knows every single lead village jutsu, that includes expansion which would compete with Luffy if he gets big, and shadow possession which he can use to stop them from moving and give the others a chance to seal them, he also has mind transfer and shadow clone jutsu so what happens if he just has his clones all transfer into their bodies and the hokage just win, plus two of them know reanimation and the yonko have no way of sealing them so they can’t beat the reanimated people also they all know some form of clone jutsu so they have an overwhelming numbers advantage

Honestly, there is so much that can go wrong for each side and any fighter:
The Yonkos outpower them and probably outlast them (pure stamina wise). Speed almost never makes sense. The Hokage actually work together. They also outhax them a bit and have a lot more wincons. But the Yonkos (Luffy, Blackbeard and possibly even Buggy) vastly outbullsht them and have way more plotarmor. At this (Power)level, a fight against Blackbeard and especially Luffy will never be predictable OR controlable. Tobi is very good with water spam, the others likely aswell, so they have good matchups. And so much more...
I agree with about 6:4 for the Yonkos, give or take. Luffy is the reason.

The Hokages forms are a factor though like prime, when they died, or reanimated maybe not a big but still significant factor
