As a endurance calisthenics enthusiast I can safely confirm the importance of building a strong shoulder muscles. Because at first I skiped those and after I got injured few times I have learned my lession. Now I always have shoulder muscles Activation as a Warm up routine before each and every workout that I do. No matter if its short or long workout I always do a proper warm up and I invest extra 5 mins dedicated to shoulder Muscles alone. Thank you for your amazing content brother! I love your videos

This is painful true, more on shoulder strength, flexibility, and stability please. My shoulder health is undoubtedly a limiting factor for me and I'm very keen to correct it to allow me to progress. πŸ‘πŸ»

Any tips for being unable to elevate the scapula at all on one side? I can elevate the shoulder to elevate it slightly, but not seperate from the shoulder and not anywhere near as high as I can on the other side. I have a general foundation of back muscle, but no mental connection to being able to perform that movement.

There are houses made of mud and twigs that have lasted hundreds of years. A lot longer than any modern house. I'll keep my weak rotator cuffs, thank you

Do isometric holds for 5 to 30 seconds. That will actually strengthen the tendon
