Hello Vlad, excellent topic. I suffered from this in my younger years unconsciously repeating a perfectionistic dysfunctional pattern.

Where if I deemed that I made a slight or gross error I would recriminate myself in a negative vicious loop. So before anyone would have a chance at me I would have first crack at my own psyche.

Oftentimes that attack from others as an underlying layer of paranoia never came. So I abused myself for over a decade mentally up until my youth throughout my young adults years well into my mid 30s.

Fortunately, I began my journey of personalized spiritual self development at age 16. It took trials and mental health struugles coping on and off with my inner anguish of low self esteem and self worth.

At age 19 is when I began channeling the angels. Much like a drip of water over the years begins to mold a boulder. It took that long with my free will to walk the spiritual inner self directed path as to where I stand now.

Often compassionate self talk without judgements was what I needed. Unfortunately, for decades I practiced the opposite leaving me with generalized anxiety in life.

Even now in my mid 50s in age I can easily slip into that negative obsolete habit if I'm not careful. Mindfulness is both a gift and a personal responsibility for health of all concerned. Namaste.
