Feeling stressed and burned out? Discover the ultimate stress relief technique I found in Nepal! During my trip to Kathmandu, I was recovering from severe burnout when I stumbled upon an incredible meditation technique called a **Sound Bath**. 🧘‍♀️✨

Imagine lying down in a serene room, surrounded by soothing sounds created by bowls and gongs of different shapes and sizes. These healers in Nepal use sound vibrations to bathe you in relaxation, making you feel rejuvenated and at peace. 🌈🎶

In just one hour, this revolutionary experience felt like only 5 minutes! Next time you’re in Nepal, don’t miss out on booking a sound bath session in Kathmandu and say goodbye to stress!

👉 Tag a friend who needs this kind of relaxation in their life!

Old Indian temples had bells which was made at a particular measurent to create sound of a set frequency.. when you rang the bell and stood below it calmed you.

The kindness of Nepalese people helps escape burnout by providing a supportive and compassionate environment, which alleviates stress and fosters emotional well-being.

This is not new.. every temple has a bell of different sizes and that creates same sound ... That's why we ring it and then we have to stand below the same to get sound therapy... It's been there in our Sanatan Dharma for thousands of years...!! Don't give credit to other countries when it is originated here in Bharat only!

Just a suggestion if you ever visit a maharashtrian home you will definitely find taal (cymbals) which could act as excellent sound therapy by the way they are played.
