What's the most common area of the body for muscle "knots"?
Answer: The Upper Back
What's muscles are usually involved?
Answer: The levator scapulae muscle and the upper trapezius muscle.
So how can I get rid of muscle knots in my upper back?
In today's video, I share with you my secret technique for FAST relief of painful muscle knots in your upper back.
Often, it is difficult to self massage the levator scapulae and upper trapezius muscles. Why? Because it's difficult to apply pressure down into these areas by hand. So I came up with the idea of using an exercise band to apply pressure onto a spikey massage ball placed on the upper back.
The band is looped around the upper back. The opposite foot is used to control the amount of pressure that you apply onto the spikey massage ball.
Give my secret technique for relieving upper back knots a try. After you do, let me know your thoughts. Did it feel awesome? Did you experience immediate relief? Did the knot in your upper back feel like it "melted away"? Leave me a comment in the comment section down below. I'd love to hear from you!

Great idea as workaround to reach those spots by yourself.
