It's important to move and exercise your hips through internal and external rotation. We tend to lose our ability to rotate the hips properly as we get older. This can lead to increased hip arthritic changes.
Also, sitting will tighten your hip flexors and deactivate your glutes. So we want to make sure we perform an exercise to open up our hips and activate our glutes.
