I'm excited for both of you. The Southwest is absolutely beautiful especially Arizona. I'm partial to one specific City there 😜 if you end up in that City you have to go to bobo's. And The biosphere 2. And the desert museum. And also the botanical gardens. And the saguaro national Park. You can do it all in the same city. Also you have to go to Old Tucson. But only if that's where you're going 🤘 I promise you it's the coolest City in all of Arizona. So even if you just go for a long weekend you got to go to all those places. There's a record store called PDQ if it is still open, you can spend the entire day there. Los betos is an amazing fast food if you like Mexican. To be continued

I'm from the southwest and currently live there. It's definitely a drastic difference from the northeast. Best wishes on your travels.

We did this in February, we will be going back east next year. Some people here really love it though (lots of transplants in Arizona.) I miss four seasons and everything not being crazy far away. The never-ending-triple digit summers gross me out. Too bright as well - the sun just hits harder here and I prefer darkness. The Mexican food here is stellar though.
