I only have cheap grills but I hope one day I’ll have a nice outdoor kitchen to get a nicer grill. Charcoal is the only way I grill.

I started out with $250 pittboss. Once I figured it out it was okay. Then I upgraded to a $800 pittboss it's a world of difference. The food taste so much better now.

The cheap one, the smoke ring is too prominent. And it looks like it might have been elevated on a wire rack. I'm curious if I'm correct or off base.
