This happens to me whenever I have to talk in front of a group of people or when I talk to my crush. My Anxiety also brings another symtom, which is shaking. And this makes it pretty hard to open my locker at school or even use a pencil. I'm just glad no one else notices.

I have alot of anxiety towards school and other things.

Iāve had BAD anxiety ever since I was six.. and when my parents and my siblings went for a walk on vacation when I was twelve I knew it was going to happen I started to cry and breathe heavily and cry harder I would have the same thing every day for school and at school I would start to cry. Eventually, my mom took me to a therapist when I was six, I had to take this gross medicine. It helped a bit.
-Iāve had many of these same things occur

-Crying
-breathing heavily
- really REALLY deep thoughts.
-blinding eyes(because of crying and thinking)
-random attacks (you know itās gonna happen tho)

Iām 14 and since age 7 i have social anxiety and mental problems , depression etc. i had so much stress about anything , woulda pass a heart attack. Havenāt told anybody since theyāll probably call me an attention-seeker.

I have social anxiety... I over think so friggin much! I start to panic and only my friends now that I have social anxiety so I think people are judging me for fidgeting my hands and my leg starts to go up and down. And people may think I am rude for avoiding eye contact... now I am thinking to much. But yah it sucks

Frrrr my lungs start to hurt so bad and itās so hard to breathe and then I feel light headed and my heart is pounding and I get mad rlly easily

It always starts with a pain in my chest . Then I think I can't breathe then it all spirals out of control from there. I don't know if I should run or if I should hide under my covers or should I go to the hospital. I'm 41yrs old now and I've been dealing with it since I was 12yrs old. It sucks. It never seems to go away. It gets better for a little but it always comes back.

I had anxiety before because today a car crash happened and I thought the cars were going to explode like in the movies but they didn't (thank God) there was a person with a v shaped cut deep in his head and 2 black cars and 1 white car one black car had a baby and the white car also had a baby so now I hope there ok and I just want to forget this all happened.
