🌼 *রান্নাঘরের গাঁদাফুল জাদু!* 🌼

গতকাল, আমি আমার ভিতরের শিল্পীকে প্রকাশ করতে এবং গাঁদাফুলের আকার ও রঙের পিঠে বানানোর চেষ্টা করলাম! 🌸

মন্ত্রমুগ্ধ প্রক্রিয়াটি ছিল এমন:

1. *গাজর ম্যাজিক:* গাজর, দুধ এবং চিনি দিয়ে পেস্ট তৈরি করলাম। ঘিতে অর্ধ-শুকনো না হওয়া পর্যন্ত রান্না করলাম, তারপর চালের গুঁড়া যোগ করে ময়দা তৈরি করলাম। 🥕🥛🍚

2. *ছোট ছোট বাটির আনন্দ:* ছোট ছোট বল কেটে, বাটির আকারে বানিয়ে নারকেল ও গুড়ের মিশ্রণ দিয়ে ভরলাম। 🥥🍬

3. *পাপড়ির শক্তি:* চামচ দিয়ে গাঁদাফুলের পাপড়ির মতো খোদাই করলাম এবং নিখুঁতভাবে ভাপে বসালাম। আর তদ্রূপ! গাঁদাফুলের রঙ ও আকার নিখুঁতভাবে অক্ষত ছিল। 🌼✨

ফলাফল? প্লেটের উপর বিশুদ্ধ জাদু! শীতের দুপুরের জন্য উপযুক্ত। 🧙‍♀️❄️

*Marigold Magic in the Kitchen!* 🌼

Yesterday, I decided to channel my inner artist and make pithe shaped and colored like marigolds! 🌸

Here’s the spellbinding process:

1. *Carrot Magic:* Made a paste with carrot, milk, and sugar. Cooked it in ghee until semi-dry, then added rice flour to form a dough. 🥕🥛🍚

2. *Mini Bowls of Joy:* Cut small balls, shape them into bowls, and fill them with a heavenly coconut & gur mixture. 🥥🍬

3. *Petal Power:* Carved them like marigold petals with a spoon and steamed them to perfection. And voilà! The color and shape of the marigolds were perfectly intact. 🌼✨

Result? Pure magic on a plate! Perfect for a cold winter afternoon. 🧙‍♀️❄️
