'Let is stay' means you release the resistance, which is relaxing to body and mind. 😊

When I'm in pain or sorrow, suffering, I take what St. John Chrysostom said: I say, "Glory be to God for all things." Instantly, the suffering of the situation is acceptable, sometimes even joy making. I keep peace in Jesus Christ. It shows I'm thankful for ALL God gives me to go through. It's an acceptance that God knows what I need in my soul to improve and come closer to Him. And it leaves me a Christian...who prays. I stay centered in the Kingdom of God, which is within. Prayer takes us to where God is. I'd rather be in the Kingdom of God, with Him, His Mother, all the Saints and Angels. Even though there's suffering, there's also a deep and joyous peace to live in. I believe it's better to work through the pain and suffering, in God's love, until we get to the other side of it, and then out of it. I've suffered IMMENSELY, until I came out of the other side of it, with God's help and with the lessons learned from it. Once that's done, you have the lessons from it from then on.

Yes. So important, and effective. Acceptance causes a natural shifting from overwhelming to healing movement.

I find this message completely validating to my personal experience of getting through addiction. I used to immediately go find a drink or buy a bottle of wine when I was upset or depressed. But after treatment I found myself just accepting my own thoughts and feelings. It’s amazing when I sit through pain, whether emotional or physical, I almost instantly see the end of it before I even begin to feel relief 💜💜

♥️👏…I love everything about her message.

When you’re suffering, you have to “own it”, but don’t let it control you

This episode was even more emotional than the James Hollis one. I really hope your guest gave you a hug at the end of the podcast ... if not, here is my virtual hug, Dr Huberman...That sob at the end is worth thousands of words💜.
“In the depths of suffering, the potential for transmutation emerges, for we are all alchemists of our own experience, Dr Huberman.

Moving through suffering is a deeply personal journey that requires strength, resilience, and the right mindset. Suffering, whether it be emotional, physical, or spiritual, is an inevitable part of life. However, how you respond to it can shape your growth and future😊
