Inhale and pull your bellybutton to your spine, arching your back, bringing your chin to your chest and gently lifting your wrists off the floor. Exhale and push your hands into the floor, bringing your chest up and pushing your butt back. Pinch your shoulder blades together so you feel your back activating. Slow and controlled breaths (5 seconds) is recommended throughout each movement.
