Why do we need to „persuade” anyone to work in a job they don’t fancy? Is 50/50 representation more important than the freedom to choose without being “nudged” for some greater good?

You also need to increase acceptance of the idea women don’t need to go into specific roles, parents would often teach this to there children, but men would often enforce it repeatedly a good example is of men saying an “alpha male” does “man stuff” and women do care cleaning and cooking ect, this puts a larger stigma around other men wanting to do these activities. It’s an issue with society’s view
