Chamomile is one of my favorite superfoods/superplants!
Chamomile has been reduced to a cup of tea, but it is one of the most powerful and underrated beneficial plants on the planet.
A superfood is any beneficial plant with myriad compounds, addressing all of our biological systems, keeping us in homeostasis.
I found a study on chamomile treating depression; and another showing a 93% success rate of killing cancer cells in a laboratory study.
I make a concentrate with coconut and put it in capsules, it replaced Valium for my anxiety and more.
Can’t say enough about chamomile.
I’m glad you were led into the garden. You are an inspiration.

My chamomile re-seeded itself in my zone 3b area and I couldn’t have been more excited/happy! So I planted some by our flag pole with forget me nots and red tulips so it always has red/white/blue flowers without any effort from now on! 😊 plus TEA FOREVER!

How do you harvest/dry your chamomile if it has tons of bugs? I keep growing it but I can never harvest because it always gets infested. 😢
