Nicely demonstrated Chadi. Good kuzushi technique, great hip positioning, and good lifting angle of your leg. Minor area for improvement, if you will allow me to provide some advice. You are too heavy on your heel at the start of the kake. This led to you being very slightly of balance to the rear at the completion. Your heel should have little or no weight on it. Here's what I teach, should help with the balance... put your knees over your toes. So if you stand on your one leg, flat footed, then bend your knee very slightly, lean forward until your knee is vertical over your toes. Your heel will naturally rise from the mat. This will help you feel the balls of the feet balance point that you need. The benefit is more than balance though. With your heel off the mat, you'll have more lift in the hip with the same motion. Biomechanics are fun. :)

Imo thatโs hane goshi because you hit the inside of the far or cross leg. Uchi mata is inside the near or same side legโฆor right up the middle. But uchi mata, hane goshi, and harai goshi are pretty much the same motion in different places on your uki. I love your channel and appreciate all the content.
