Im curious: at what tempo do you change your foot technique? At the slower pace, you're at a solid heel-up toe-down type of a position. Then at the faster 16th's you're foot is back farther, using your calf muscles and using a heel-down, toe-down method. I hope im making sence mechanically speaking. Just interested in knowing the shift in technique or a reason for such.
