Sometimes a cashier that I see at the supermarket on the odd occasion, he usually asks me if I'm okay and I just wonder if he actually knows. Most people wouldn't bother to ask something like that, I don't know I just feel like he might see my sadness and I appreciate that he acknowledges me in just that small way.

I wish I could tell someone about feeling this way, but I know they wouldn't get, and tell me that there is no reason to be depressed and feeling so emotional. Especially my "friends". I hope they will never know how many times I cry a day, how you just want to be alone but not feel lonely, anxiety attacks, and how hard breathing is.
