I love your channel. When I started my weight loss journey you taught me how to not be afraid to eat. Not I’ve reached my goal and maintained since April. Because I’ve learned that food is great! When I was a teacher, I taught my kids that you should never send a message or post something online that you wouldn’t want your mother to see. Why people feel the need to be nasty for no reason when they could just GO AWAY instead is beyond me. Minding your business is free.
