包括穩定度跟活動度

前天重訓跟昨天跑步的痠都出來了,
今天的設定當作身體的恢復,
同時也加強平常容易忽略的小肌群,
結果也是不同境界的累啊,
肩胛骨周圍都充斥著高密度的痠感,
感覺小肌群都被喚醒了!

剛開始壺鈴繞頸感覺頸部後方一直有肌腱滑動的聲音,
(從來沒體驗過)
做後面2組就慢慢不見了,
