What you are doing is such a blessing. What you are doing is ministry. It's "Trap" Cardio, but you're setting people "free." I live in Chicago and still haven't met you. Yes it is a blessing to move. Prayers for your sister.. iβve been working out for at least four years a month ago. I was having major pains in my upper shoulders and legs and neck. Lots of difficulty with just moving when I was lifting 15 pounds. I can barely lift 2 pounds right now, so yes, it is a blessing and keep moving.π

I'm so sad I absolutely love trap cardio. It was challenging at first. My life has changed for the better. I suffer from chronic pain from failed back surgery. There is tons of nerve damage, and now my spine is literally bone on bone. I would wake up and try your videos I have always loved dancing and hip hop, Rap and R&B I couldn't get past 25 minutes in the videos when i started a few months back.I was bigger and just hurting I finally dropped 46lbs still have 60lbs to hit my overall goal and your videos even got me back to the gym here and there as well. I finally can do a full hour of your videos. Now here's the sad part. I shattered my ankle on Halloween night and had surgery, and now im bed bound. I'm crying, thinking of how far I came just from your videos. I want to thank you. So, since I'm bed ridden currently, I'm going to play your videos on my YouTube and grab my resistance bands, and try and do at least a half Hour a day from bed . If there is a will there is a way. Thank you for being a helpful part and motivator in my journey β€
