A lot of times stress can come from our past, from what we -

Could've done (We Could've done more) ,
Would've done if we were in charge,
Should've done (I should've done this instead of that)

And I absolutely get it. But staying stuck in the past isn't helping our present or future. It just brings us more pain and makes us feel out of control of our own destiny.

Feels too preachy, but stick with me for one more minute.

If you feel the frustration of the past, feel it and experience it with your entire body, process it healthily and safely... And once you're done, Ground yourself in the now. Give yourself and your past some grace and gratitude.

When you feel more centered in the now, look forward and explore what you can do in the now to reach a future you wish to live in.

You have the opportunity to make the changes you need to make today so you don't regret it in the future.

Start from now, and build it up further!
