Depending on your fitness level and schedule you can do just one workout or make it a total body session and do all 6. Then week 2 and 3 you can mix and match all of the workouts to BUILD your ultimate sweat and burn session! The workouts are demonstrated at the base level and suggestions are given to help you increase the challenge if you are a more intermediate or advanced exerciser. This series is designed to be super versatile, so there's something for everyone!
