Talasana Standing series

This section explains the goal of this approach and then presents videos of the same form with varying levels of difficulty. The more difficult practices still use the same sequence of poses, but the breath rate is slowed -- the level of instruction is also reduced at the higher levels so that the yogi can concentration on their breathing.
