I found that the Youtube Creator experience has a lot of challenges and requires the collaborate wisdom of many. For example nick Nimmin pumps up videos about Youtube best practices but he always ask you to have goals.I could never get a clear example where the goals should be and how to think of them. And one Day I stumbled upon some videos from Alex Decker and perhaps he has a lot more videos of good quality but these two were the ones that I watched and watched more than once. Nick and Alex they know. I will post more in here as I will find them in my venture but for now have at them. I will add new ones as I find them and they push the story forward.
