A KB allows you to do a whole body movement practice, in a very small amount of space, in a minimal time, and offers a huge range of possible movements. You can use a single KB or a pair of KB. The KB pair can be made up of the same weight or different weights for a different sort of challenge. You can grip the KB in a variety of ways ( bottom up, rack, goblet, from the horns).
