Never been more proud of this kid, Thomas.

I remember his first and only middle school win in 8th grade. He came off the mat and started crying, and so did I. I hugged him and knew then and there that he would become a great wrestler.

He did this. Hours of mat work a day, hard training at Legacy, and adherence to performance nutrition.

He has a great support system here in Williamson County, the best coaches in the world. I will forever be grateful for what they have done for our family.

He has unfinished business his senior year then a whole career ahead at a great wrestling school, West Liberty University.

We love you Thomas, and are proud of the man you are becoming!

Congratulations to my son, Thomas, on committing to West Liberty University.

Back in 8th grade, Thomas didn’t make the middle school soccer team. He was disappointed, so I called the wrestling coach to see if he could still join even though the season had already started. The coach said yes, and it turned out to be one of the best calls I’ve ever made. From that moment on, Thomas found his passion. He’s trained relentlessly every single day, and last year, he placed at state.

I can’t wait to watch him finish his senior season strong and continue his journey at West Liberty.

Love you and couldn’t be prouder, Thomas.

Morning update pictures post workout. Weighing about 210.

Common disclaimer is I know it’s odd for a 45 year old CEO to post selfies, but the reasons make sense:

1) I am still considered a fitness guy online, so this is fitness guy stuff.
2) Proof of concept. I run multiple health and fitness brands and I believe in walking the walk.

I’ve never felt better. Being honest, the best thing I’ve ever done is adding 10-20g of goBHB a day. It has changed my life. 10g upon waking before training and 5-10g two more times throughout the day. The more the merrier but this is a sweet spot.

You can get your goBHB at tigerfitness.com. If you’re like everyone else so far who has taken my advice, you’ll be thanking me!

On the road - and what a trip so far!

I was gonna miss my connector due to a delay on my first leg of the flight but as the flight to the same location but at an earlier time was closing boarding, I took a risk and went to the desk and got the last seat on the flight.

Late night, early morning, and this is the first stop of the week, but I still managed to get a great workout in! Here is a quick post training update pic for those who care.

My commitment to consistency means that I never have a bad day at work no matter where life takes me and I never get sloppy and out of shape. I eat as good as I can and I never miss a workout.

If you’re not integrating fitness into your day everyday, then you’re not maximizing your life outside of the gym.

I never get to see my back, so after training deadlifts, back and hill sprints with my son yesterday I had him snap these.

Although the stage appears to be a memory, I still strive to be able to rock and back double bi and rear lat spread, so I’m happy with this!

Not sure what my bodyfat was here, but I’m sure it was pretty low.

This was in December, 2021 at about 2 weeks out from earning my IFBB Pro Card.

If I recall, I felt pretty darn good and was still eating a good amount of food.

While not attractive to anyone without a rare fetish, this was kinda cool and showed how far I could push without sacrificing work or family.

Kinda cool looking back!

It’s been a wild few months.

A lot of travel but I never missed one of @prestonlobliner football games. One time I drove to North Carolina, drove back for his game, then right after the game drove to Atlanta (I live outside of Nashville).

Multiple flights a week, some nights I would get 3-4 hours of sleep.

The constants were that I started everyday with a workout, ate the best I could and when I couldn’t get food I had MTS Whey and Ambrosia Planta to hit my protein goals, supplemented 10-20g of goBHB per day and packed all of my health supplements like Nektar and Inmortal.

I hope I get some comments about being on tren because I work really hard, but if you think for a second that my priority is making gains in spite of my health at this point in my life, then there is no convincing you otherwise anyway.

Home for the week and looking forward to some focused office work!

Weighing around 212 this morning.

My life has been very challenging lately, which is when I am at my best. Between traveling and countless hours in the office, I have no time to dwell on the small stuff, I just focus on what is necessary.

While my meals aren’t perfect and I usually train before most people wake up, I don’t stress about anything other than what I need to stress about.

I don’t stress about hitting PR’s every workout or getting in the perfect lift, the gym is my time to myself. The rest of my life I dedicate to my businesses and to my family.

I’ve been saying for years that if you actually enjoy the gym and see it for what it is, and that is time to truly nurture and take care of yourself, then you will reap the maximum benefits, both mentally and physically from it.

I’ve never felt better.

One thing to note is that since adding goBHB and taking it daily, both my performance at work and in the gym has progressively gotten much better. I normally take around 20g per day.

My social media is not optimized and I don’t really care.

It’s an eclectic mix of videos of my kids doing things that make me proud, family, business and my thoughts on various topics.

The algorithm hates when you don’t fit a specific niche.

Regardless, this is my social media, and I don’t post for the dopamine rush from likes, I post for the people who actually care - my friends, family and if other people see it and get something from it, cool.

I started this whole thing as a fitness guy I guess, so posting pictures of physique updates is where it started and I’ll keep doing it. I do this to show I am not a fraud. I travel and work a lot and no matter what, I hit the gym. I’m an IFBB Pro, not a great one by any means, and above all that I train for myself. Usually alone, headphones in, around 5 or 6am before work. Doesn’t matter where I am, I find a gym.

This was Saturday at an LA Fitness. I forgot how good the lighting was in their locker rooms lol.

So here it is, me working, lifting, being as healthy as possible, parenting, being a husband, and just doing the best I can.

My life is awesome and I hope some of what I put here can help some folks make their lives more awesome as well!

My normal look when I was 17 and then my normal look (no competing, just normal Sunday) at 44 years old.

For me, muscle is a side effect of what training gives me. I can’t imagine crushing the day without a morning workout. Start the day with a win, get your brain neurons firing, and keep winning.
