Man… I’m really saddened to hear about Marshawn Kneeland. I don’t know his full story or what he was going through, but it just breaks my heart when someone feels like taking their own life is the only way out.
Stuff like this happens way too often, and it reminds me how serious mental health really is. It’s something so many people struggle with quietly, every single day. I’ll be saying an extra prayer tonight for his family — and for anyone out there who’s hurting but doesn’t feel seen or heard.
We ask people “How are you?” all the time, but the answer is almost always “I’m fine.” Truth is, we never really know what someone might be carrying. So please… check in, show love, and be kind. You never know whose life it might change.
