Olenka Cooks is a brand that celebrates the authentic cuisine of my native Peru. My dinners and presentations transport guests as close to being in Peru as you can get to without needing a passport. The unique ingredients and cultural influences that inspire my dishes and libations are shared as each course is presented. My humor and good nature is renown in the Wine Country and is one of the reasons I am asked, back time and time again, to be a guest chef.
