Take a look at yourself in the mirror but this time really look.
What do you see?
If you see a savage, a leader, a father, a grateful man/woman.
Then you probably are going to be more positive and have self- belief.
But if you see a fat, ugly, lazy, unkept man/woman.
Then you might want to start being real with yourself and take actions that will bring you to a better path.
Self reflection isnât just something in the mirror, itâs internal.
Those thoughts you have that make you sad, angry, anxious, doubtful, obedient, and lazy or comfortable.
Thats called the âdownerâ.
The other voice is your âHigher Selfâ.
Thereâs one way to go and thatâs up.
The reason you feel all these deep emotions is because you havenât taken the actions associated with them to become a better version of yourself.
Thereâs always something else you need to do.
Most powerful tactic in life is self reflection and taking the action necessary to become better after.
No one is going to save you from your thoughts but you.
You have it in you to be better.

How to find your top priorities?âŹď¸
Find the top 5 things you can do everyday that will make you better consistently.
1 - Physical Health: Exercise of any sort for 30-45 min a day, Eating healthy foods (see my profile for ideas)
2 - Mental Health: Reading a self improvement book, being in nature, podcasting, having an intellectual conversation with others, meeting someone new
3 - Spiritual Health: Meditation, Praying, Reading the Bible, staying silent in a room for 15 min and feel the thoughts come to you.
4 - Financial Health: Creating that budget, starting the savings, starting that business idea, focusing more on improving at work to make more money.
5 - Relationship Health: Truly listening when she/he speaks, going on a date and making them feel loved, praising them over analyzing, reading âThe Way of the Superior Manâ by David Deida
All of these are the pillars that all humans need to work on, we focus on these in The Kaizen Brotherhood. We get better together, have each-other back, and hold ourselves accountable.

This is one of the most common excuses and self-limiting beliefs I hear.
So many people that are at an old age, have these self limiting beliefs because their mom, dad, grandpa, grandma, or aunt taught them that growing up.
It isnât easy to break these beliefs, though when I read âThe 4 Agreementsâ I realize how many limiting beliefs I had.
That book is ultimately the best book to read if you constantly struggle with your excuses and feel unhappy with yourself often.
You quite literally have to write down the beliefs you have that are there, then start to reprogram yourself out of them.
Like most things worth doing it isnât easy, but needs to be done to grow and level up in life.
I believe in you all, all I want is for others around me to reach their best everyday, like I always strive to.
This isnât a high horse, this is proof in the actions I have taken this year.
