I'm Erika, a coach (with a specialty in confidence), a keynote speaker, best selling author and podcast host of The Confidence Chronicles, who has transformed my story of trauma and adversity into a journey of healing and supporting women to show up, stand up and speak up in the world.

I’m here to serve millions of women around the globe to reclaim their confidence and transform their lives. I am currently studying (a Bachelor's degree in psychotherapy is well underway), a mother of two boys and a woman on a mission supporting women everywhere to take up space.
