Ecclesiastes 3:1
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens:
Being born and dying
Planting and uprooting
Killing and healing
Tearing down and building
Weeping and laughing
Mourning and dancing
Scattering and gathering stones
Embracing and refraining from embracing
Searching and giving up
Keeping and throwing away.
God has a reason and a time for everything and that people should accept each day as a gift from God. It also calls people to enjoy life in the present and trust in God's sovereignty.
